Bonus 1 · Planner
Choose where you train, how often you coach and your group size. The plan selects the right class for each day, shows the training phase and schedules assessments.
Location
Classes per week
Group size
Technique first. The first 3 weeks use beginner and technique-focused classes so the group learns the movement patterns before intensity increases.
Repeat to progress. The third week of each block repeats the first week's classes while changing only one variable: load, time, rounds or complexity. The group improves on familiar work and you can measure progress.
Deload every 4 weeks. Weeks 4 and 8 return to familiar classes with less volume—one fewer round at RPE 5-6—so clients absorb the work and avoid accumulated fatigue.
Assess at the beginning and end. The first and final days include the Bonus 2 assessment. Showing clients how much they improved gives them a powerful reason to continue.
